A drop-down menu is available which allows you to toggle between frequently-used folders as shown here. |

You may also view the entire folder structure of your mailbox. |

What and When to Synchronise Once your mobile device has been configured with a Microsoft Exchange email account, you will need to set synchronisation details. |
![]() |
We recommend synchronisation of items at least 1 month prior to today. Removing items older than the period specified on your mobile device does not affect the actual item which will remain stored on the Hosted Microsoft Exchange Server and available via your desktop email software. |

Push email The hours and days during which email should be 'pushed' to the phone can also be set. Some telephone service providers do not support full-time data access for constant push – where this is the case, we recommend synchronization every 5 to 10 minutes. |

Configure calendar synchronisation as required. |

Contact synchronisation can be enabled or disabled. |

Task synchronisation can also be configured. |

Important Now power off and on your mobile device. |
That's it. Now your emaill software should be configured and ready for use with our Hosted Microsoft Exchange service. |
