We will be migrating our Melbourne data centre services from Vocus to the 5GN Datacentre.
Details:
Date: Friday, 20th September 2024
Time: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (AEST)
Expected Downtime: 5-6 hours
Affected Clients: All clients hosted in Melbourne
What You Need to Do:
No action is required unless you are a colocation client. If you plan to move your equipment personally, please contact us ahead of time to arrange logistics.
For colocation clients, please provide 1 or 2 pingable IPs from your subnet or a website for post-move verification by opening a support ticket.
