Cloud Switch Maintenance (Scheduled)

  • On the 9th of November at 5:00PM we will be performing maintenance on the cloud switches as part of the cloud upgrade.
    The maintenance window is from 5PM to 6PM, during this time cloud customers might experience 2 instances of increased latency/packet loss that can last up to 10 minutes.
    Preparation for cloud upgrade
    As we need to add the new infrastructure to the cloud fabric we will need to perform maintenance on the cloud switches. Once done we will finalise the new cloud hardware setup and start testing and benchmarking the new equipment.

    We will do our absolute best to perform this maintenance as fast as possible and with the least disruption possible.
    We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
