Our online help desk remains staffed during this period. You are welcome to lodge support tickets as normal, however please note that response times may be slightly longer than usual due to reduced staffing.
Billing notice:
Payments made via BPAY or Bank Transfer may take longer than usual to be reconciled over the holiday period due to public holidays and reduced accounting staff.
