Support Tickets are the best way to get in touch with us! You can use Support Tickets to:
- ask us questions
- report problems
- ask for assistance

The ticket system leaves a paper trail so that we both know that any issues are resolved. It also gives you a record of the answer, so, if you experience a problem more than once, you can look back at previous tickets to find the fix!

  1. In order to access the ticketing system, you will need to log into the Client Area. If you are having problems doing that, or don't know how, click here to view the "How to Login to the Client Area" guide.
  2. Once you've logged into the Client Area, there are two ways to open a new Support Ticket:
        - From the top menu bar, where it says 'Open Ticket'
        - In the middle of the page, next to where it says 'Recent Support Tickets' it also says 'Open New Ticket'
Click on either of these to open a new Support Ticket.
  3. You should now see a screen with several department options. Select the department you would like to send the ticket to. The ticket will open with your information filled in. Enter a subject in the subject line. Then enter your ticket details in the big box.
  4. When you are ready, click Submit.
You have now successfully submitted a support ticket, and a copy of it has been emailed to you.

To view and manage already existing Support Tickets:

  1. From the top menu bar, click on 'Support' to open the drop-down menu.
  2. From the drop-down menu, click on 'Tickets'.
  3. You should now see a screen showing all your currently and previously active Support Tickets.
    From here, you can:
    - Filter the tickets based on their status
    - Open any of the tickets by clicking on them, where you can respond to tickets or add further information to a ticket
    - Check the Network Status and Announcements
    - Open a new ticket

You now know how to submit and manage a Support Ticket in your Client Area.
