The email used to login to your client is area is what is referred to as the User email.
When you log into the client area there are three areas to update email addresses;
1) Account Details/Your Info (the general account profile information and email - may or may not be the same as your user email) - this can be found on the left hand side of the home page when you log in
2) Contacts (for receiving specified email notifications ie invoices) - also found on the left side of the home page
3) Your Profile (your dedicated user profile as opposed to the overall account profile) - Access to Your Profile is in the Drop down menu on the left where it says Hello (name)
You MUST change the email address under Your Profile if you wish to change the the log in email address.
