Applies to: cPanel and Plesk shared hosting clients and resellers.
Note: Managed server clients cannot request direct LVE adjustments, but we can review usage and provide recommendations.
Why Upgrade LVE Resources?
Each hosting account has its own set of LVE (Lightweight Virtual Environment) limits to ensure server stability. For most sites, the default allocations are more than enough. However, some sites or client accounts may outgrow their defaults. Reasons you may need an upgrade include:
- Websites slowing down due to reaching resource limits (CPU, memory, entry processes, etc.).
- Traffic spikes or seasonal peaks causing limits to be hit.
- Clients running resource-heavy applications such as WooCommerce, learning platforms, or CRM tools.
Available Upgrade Options
We offer flexible upgrade options for both cPanel and Plesk accounts:
Upgrade Option | CPU / Speed | Memory (pMem) | Disk I/O | IOPS |
---|---|---|---|---|
Upgrade 1 | 200% | 2 GB | 10 MB/s | 10,240 |
Upgrade 2 | 400% | 4 GB | 10 MB/s | 10,240 |
How to Request an Upgrade

- Log in to your Client Area.
- Open a new support ticket.
- Specify the cPanel or Plesk account names that need upgraded resources.
Our team will review your request and confirm the best available options. Approved upgrades are usually applied within 24 hours.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I downgrade later if the extra resources aren’t needed?
Yes, you can request a downgrade. It will take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Do upgrades apply to all accounts in my reseller plan?
No, upgrades are applied per account. You must specify which hosting accounts to upgrade.
Can Plesk accounts be upgraded?
Yes, the same upgrade options apply to both Plesk and cPanel accounts.
What about managed VPS or dedicated servers?
We don’t provide per-account LVE upgrades for managed servers. However, our support team can review your usage, discuss optimisations, and recommend whether more resources or a server upgrade is appropriate.
