Sometimes our support team may ask you to provide a screenshot to help diagnose or resolve an issue. A screenshot lets you capture exactly what you see on your screen and share it with us.

🖥️ Windows (PC)

Option 1: Using the Snipping Tool

  1. Click the Start menu and type Snipping Tool.
  2. Open the app and click New.
  3. Click and drag your mouse to select the area you want to capture.
  4. Click File → Save As to save the screenshot.

Option 2: Using Keyboard Shortcuts

  • Print Screen (PrtScn): Copies the full screen to your clipboard — you can paste it into Paint or an email using Ctrl + V.
  • Alt + Print Screen: Captures only the active window.
  • Windows + Shift + S: Opens the Snip & Sketch tool to capture part of your screen.
  • Windows + PrtScn: Automatically saves a full-screen screenshot to Pictures → Screenshots.

🍎 macOS (MacBook or iMac)

  • Command + Shift + 3: Captures the entire screen and saves it to your desktop.
  • Command + Shift + 4: Lets you drag to select an area to capture.
  • Command + Shift + 4 + Spacebar: Captures a specific window or dialog box.
  • Command + Shift + 5: Opens the screenshot toolbar (macOS Mojave and later) with recording options.

Screenshots are automatically saved to your desktop by default.

📱 Mobile Devices

iPhone / iPad

  • Press the Side Button + Volume Up at the same time.
  • The screen will flash, and the image is saved to the Photos → Screenshots album.

Android

  • Press the Power + Volume Down buttons together.
  • The screen will flash, and the screenshot is saved in your Gallery → Screenshots folder.

📤 How to Send Your Screenshot to Support

  1. Save the screenshot on your computer or phone.
  2. Attach it directly to your support ticket or email reply using the Attach File option.
  3. If the file is large, you can upload it to a service like Google Drive or Dropbox and share the link with us.

🧭 Tips for Clear Screenshots

  • Try to include the entire window or error message.
  • Highlight or circle the area of concern if possible.
