Sometimes our support team may ask you to provide a screenshot to help diagnose or resolve an issue. A screenshot lets you capture exactly what you see on your screen and share it with us.
🖥️ Windows (PC)
Option 1: Using the Snipping Tool
- Click the Start menu and type Snipping Tool.
- Open the app and click New.
- Click and drag your mouse to select the area you want to capture.
- Click File → Save As to save the screenshot.
Option 2: Using Keyboard Shortcuts
- Print Screen (PrtScn): Copies the full screen to your clipboard — you can paste it into Paint or an email using Ctrl + V.
- Alt + Print Screen: Captures only the active window.
- Windows + Shift + S: Opens the Snip & Sketch tool to capture part of your screen.
- Windows + PrtScn: Automatically saves a full-screen screenshot to Pictures → Screenshots.
🍎 macOS (MacBook or iMac)
- Command + Shift + 3: Captures the entire screen and saves it to your desktop.
- Command + Shift + 4: Lets you drag to select an area to capture.
- Command + Shift + 4 + Spacebar: Captures a specific window or dialog box.
- Command + Shift + 5: Opens the screenshot toolbar (macOS Mojave and later) with recording options.
Screenshots are automatically saved to your desktop by default.
📱 Mobile Devices
iPhone / iPad
- Press the Side Button + Volume Up at the same time.
- The screen will flash, and the image is saved to the Photos → Screenshots album.
Android
- Press the Power + Volume Down buttons together.
- The screen will flash, and the screenshot is saved in your Gallery → Screenshots folder.
📤 How to Send Your Screenshot to Support
- Save the screenshot on your computer or phone.
- Attach it directly to your support ticket or email reply using the Attach File option.
- If the file is large, you can upload it to a service like Google Drive or Dropbox and share the link with us.
🧭 Tips for Clear Screenshots
- Try to include the entire window or error message.
- Highlight or circle the area of concern if possible.
- Do not crop out details that might help us troubleshoot.
