Upgrading your cPanel web hosting package is quick and easy through the Client Area. Follow the steps below to upgrade your existing hosting service to a higher plan.

🚀 Steps to Upgrade Your Hosting Package:

  1. Log In to the Client Area
    Go to our website and click Client Login at the top. Enter your email and password to access your account.

  2. Go to ‘Services’
    From the main dashboard, click on the “Services” box or select “Services” > “My Services” from the navigation menu.

  3. Select the Hosting Service to Upgrade
    Locate your current cPanel hosting plan in the list and click the “Active” button or the name of the hosting plan.

  4. Click ‘Upgrade/Downgrade’
    On the hosting service management page, click the “Upgrade/Downgrade” option in the left-hand menu (or in the “Actions” section).

  5. Choose Your New Plan
    A list of available upgrade options will be displayed. Review the features and prices, then select the new plan you’d like to upgrade to.

  6. Choose Billing Cycle (if prompted)
    Some upgrades may allow you to choose a different billing cycle (e.g., monthly, yearly). Select your preference.

  7. Review and Checkout
    You’ll be shown a prorated cost based on your current billing cycle. Click “Continue” to proceed to checkout and complete payment.

  8. Upgrade in Progress
    Once payment is completed, your hosting package will be automatically upgraded. You’ll receive an email confirmation when the upgrade is complete.


🔄 Notes:

  • Upgrades are prorated — you only pay the difference for the remaining time on your current billing cycle.

  • All your existing website files, emails, and settings remain unchanged.
