Step 1 Open Apple Mail and create a new email account. Use the credentials and configuration information contained in your welcome guide to populate the following dialogs. Account Description example: Fluccs Hosted Exchange account - [Name] |

Step 5 Once you have configured the Hosted Microsoft Exchange account, navigate to the Advanced options and select SSL configuration for synchronisation. |

Step 6 To utilise advanced features of your Hosted Microsoft Exchange Server, some advanced configuration of Apple Mail is required. This allows Apple Mail to access the Global Address List (contains all staff contact information) and enables auto-complete whilst email addresses are being typed for new emails. |
