When managing domain names in our Client Area, it's important to understand that domains aren't typically cancelled outright. Instead, you can choose to disable auto-renewal, which allows the domain registration to lapse at the end of its current registration period. If you're looking to stop the automatic renewal of a domain registration, follow these steps:

Step 1: Log in to Your Client Area Begin by logging in to your Client Area using your credentials. Once logged in, navigate to the section where you manage your domains.

Step 2: Access Your Domain List In the client area, locate and click on the "My Domains" section. This will display a list of all the domains you have registered through us.

Step 3: Select the Domain to Disable Auto-Renewal From the list of domains, find the domain name for which you want to disable auto-renewal and click on the checkbox to the left of the domain.

Step 4: Click on the Auto Renew Status link which is displayed above the list of your domains. A new page will open

Step 5: Disable Auto Renew Toggle the auto-renewal option to the "Disable Auto Renew" position. This action will disable automatic renewal for the domain.

Step 5: Save Changes After turning off auto-renewal, remember to save your changes. Look for a "Save" or "Update" button on the page and click on it to confirm your decision.

Step 6: Verify Auto-Renewal Status Once you've disabled auto-renewal, verify that the change has been applied successfully. You can usually do this by checking the status of the domain in your account or reviewing the auto-renewal setting to ensure it's turned off.

And that's it! You've successfully disabled the automatic renewal for your domain registration via our Client Area. If you have any questions or encounter any issues during the process, don't hesitate to reach out to us for assistance.

Important: Remember, by turning off auto-renewal, you allow the domain registration to lapse at the end of its current registration period. Be sure to monitor the expiration date of your domain and take any necessary actions to avoid losing ownership.
