If you have forgotten your hosting control panel password (such as cPanel or Plesk), you can reset it directly from your Client Area — no support ticket required.

The password reset option is located in the Actions menu on the left-hand side of the Hosting Overview page.

Option 1: Use the “View Details” Shortcut on the Portal Home Page

  1. Log in to your Client Area.
  2. On the portal home page, find the hosting service you want to manage.
  3. Click the View Details button on the right-hand side of that hosting package.
  4. This will take you to the Hosting Overview page for that service.

Option 2: Go via Services → My Services

  1. Log in to your Client Area.
  2. Go to ServicesMy Services.
  3. Click the hosting service you want to manage.

Important Notes

  • This resets the password for your hosting control panel login (e.g., cPanel/Plesk), not your Client Area password.
  • Your website, email, and data are not affected by this change.
  • If you use the old password in other places, you may need to update it in tools such as:
    • FTP software
    • Email applications (if they use the hosting account password)
    • Third-party apps that connect to your hosting service

Where to Find Your Login Details

After resetting the password, return to the Hosting Overview page to find your control panel login link and username.

If you run into any issues resetting your password, please contact our support team and we’ll help you out.
