To do a Bare metal restore you need to follow the instructions below:
1. Login to https://acronis.fluccs.com.au/login

2. Go to All Machines >> Click on the device you want to restore >> Recovery >> Click on “More ways to recover …”:

3. Click on Download ISO image:

After you click on Download ISO, it will ask you if you want to generate a registration token. You can either do it now or use another method to generate it (explained later in the article)

4. Boot on the ISO
Once downloaded, you need to boot on the ISO. If you’re not sure how to do that, please open a ticket and our friendly support operator will assist you with this.
4.1. Select Language
On the first screen, after booting on the ISO, you will need to select the language and click on "Rescue Media"

4.2. Configure the network
You need to make sure that the server has access to the internet and to the backup server.
If you're trying to restore a VPS or a Cloud server in our environment and you're unsure about the network configuration, please open a support ticket.

5. Generate the registration token
If you haven't generated the token in the previous step, you need to click Go to All Machines >> Click add on the top corner of the Window

Then scroll down to "Manage Active Tokens"

6. Register the Media
After you register the token, you need to click on "Register Media"

Registration:
You need to enter the following details:
- Server: https://acronis,fluccs.com.au
- Registration token: (use the previously generated code)

7. Click on recover

8. Click on “required

9. Click on “Browse …”

Cloud Storage >> Click on your user:

Find the recovery point you want to recover:

Click on “Hide Archives and backups” to hide the list of restore point, this will be easier to select what you want to restore.

From here, make sure you select everything you want to restore, including MBRs:
