How to Point Your Domain to Titan Email from Fluccs

If your domain is registered with Fluccs, you can manage DNS directly from the Client Area using the DNS Zone Manager. This guide explains how to add the required records so your domain name works with Titan Email.

Step 1 — Log in to the Client Area

  1. Log in to your Fluccs Client Area.
  2. From the top menu, click Domains > My Domains.
  3. Find the domain you want to update, then click Manage Domain.
  4. In the left menu, select DNS Zone Manager.

Step 2 — Add Titan MX Records

MX (Mail Exchange) records tell the internet where to deliver your email. For Titan, use these MX records:

Type Name / Host Value / Target Priority
MX @ mx0101.titan.email 10
MX @ mx0102.titan.email 20

How to add in DNS Zone Manager:

  1. Click Add Record.
  2. Choose MX from the record type dropdown.
  3. Set Name to @ (this means your root domain).
  4. Enter Target as shown above (e.g., mx0101.titan.email).
  5. Enter the correct Priority (10 or 20).
  6. Save the record. Repeat for the second MX entry.
  7. Delete any existing MX records that don’t point to Titan.

Step 3 — Add SPF Record

SPF helps mail servers verify that Titan is authorised to send on your domain’s behalf.

Type Name / Host Value
TXT @ v=spf1 include:spf.titan.email ~all

How to add in DNS Zone Manager:

  1. Click Add Record and select TXT.
  2. Set Name to @.
  3. Paste the SPF string into the Value field.
  4. Save the record.

Step 4 — Add DKIM Record

DKIM adds a digital signature to your outgoing mail. Titan provides a unique DKIM key for your domain, which you can find in the Client Area > Titan Email Accounts > DNS Settings.

  • Type: TXT
  • Name / Host: titan._domainkey
  • Value: (your unique DKIM key string)

How to add in DNS Zone Manager:

  1. Click Add Record and select TXT.
  2. Enter titan._domainkey as the name.
  3. Paste the DKIM value string exactly as provided.
  4. Save the record.

Step 5 — Add DMARC Record (Recommended)

DMARC helps protect your domain against spoofing. Use this basic record as a starting point:

Type Name / Host Value
TXT _dmarc v=DMARC1; p=quarantine; rua=mailto:postmaster@yourdomain.com

How to add in DNS Zone Manager:

  1. Click Add Record and select TXT.
  2. Set Name to _dmarc.
  3. Paste the DMARC string into the Value field.
  4. Save the record.

Step 6 — Save Changes and Wait for Propagation

Once all records are added and saved in DNS Zone Manager, the changes need to propagate across the internet. This usually takes 1–4 hours, but in some cases up to 24–48 hours.

Step 7 — Verify DNS in Titan

  1. Return to your Client Area > Titan Email Accounts page.
  2. Click DNS Settings.
  3. Check the status of MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records. Titan will highlight any missing or incorrect values.
