Email aliases let you create additional email addresses that forward into an existing Titan mailbox without requiring a separate mailbox or login.
For example:
-
sales@domain.com→ delivers tojohn@domain.com -
info@domain.com→ delivers tosupport@domain.com
Aliases are perfect for teams, role-based addresses, or consolidating email into one mailbox.
📌 Before You Begin
-
You must have an active Titan Email plan on your domain.
-
Aliases can only be created for existing mailboxes (you cannot create an alias without a primary mailbox).
-
Aliases do not have their own login — all mail is delivered to the target mailbox.
