Please note: To install the Titan PWA, you need Chrome/Edge browser on your system as only Chrome and Edge support PWA installation.
Installing the Titan PWA is extremely simple
Here are three ways to go about it:
- Download the Titan app under Settings (
icon)
Please note that , if the Titan PWA application is already installed on the system and tries to install the application again from the Settings, the option for "Install on Desktop" will not show up.
Please note: Unverified domains won't be able to receive or send emails. To know more about Domain Verification, click here.
- Log into Titan Webmail
- Click on Settings (
icon) > Download Titan app > Install desktop app.
- URL bar on Google Chrome
- Log into Titan Webmail.
- Click on the Install Titan icon.
- URL bar on Edge
- Log into Titan Webmail on Edge.
- Click on the Edge browser Settings icon (...) on top right > Apps > Install Titan > Install
Note: Those who have already created shortcut with this URL earlier, won't be able to view this install option.
If you’re offline:
If you’re not connected to the internet, an offline error message will appear on the app. This could be because your internet connection is patchy or limited with respect to bandwidth, speed, or connectivity. If this happens, please check your internet connection.
