Configure Titan Mail in Microsoft Outlook
This guide explains how to configure your Titan Mail account hosted by FLUCCS in Microsoft Outlook using IMAP and SMTP.
Note: These settings apply to Titan Mail accounts hosted on Titan's mail platform.
Before You Start
- Ensure third-party email access is enabled for your Titan Mail account.
- You will need your full email address and mailbox password.
- If two-factor authentication is enabled, some third-party mail applications may not connect successfully.

Configure Titan Mail in Outlook for Windows
- Open Microsoft Outlook.
- Select File.
- Click Add Account.
- Enter your full Titan Mail email address.
- Select Advanced Options and choose Let me set up my account manually if available.
- Select IMAP.
- Enter your mailbox password.
- If Outlook requests server details, enter the IMAP and SMTP settings listed above.
- Ensure your full email address is used as the username for both incoming and outgoing mail.
- Complete the wizard and click Done.
Configure Titan Mail in the New Outlook / Outlook 2024
- Open Outlook.
- Enter your Titan Mail email address.
- Select Advanced Setup.
- Choose IMAP.
- Enter your password.
- If required, select Show More to display the server settings.
- Use the following settings:
- Incoming Server: imap0101.titan.email
- Outgoing Server: smtp0101.titan.email
- Username: Your full email address
- Password: Your Titan Mail password
- Select Continue and complete the setup.
Configure Titan Mail in Outlook for Mac
- Open Outlook.
- Select Tools > Accounts.
- Click the + icon and select Add Account.
- Enter your Titan Mail email address.
- Select Continue.
- Choose IMAP.
- Enter your full email address and password.
- If advanced settings are displayed, use:
- IMAP Server: imap0101.titan.email
- Port: 993
- SMTP Server: smtp0101.titan.email
- Port: 465
- SSL/TLS: Enabled
- Click Add Account.
Configure Titan Mail in Outlook for iPhone and iPad
- Open the Outlook app.
- Enter your Titan Mail email address and tap Add Account.
- If Outlook attempts to configure Microsoft 365 or Exchange automatically, select Not Exchange.
- Select Change Account Provider.
- Choose IMAP.
- Enter your account details.
- Enable Advanced Settings.
- Configure the incoming server:
- Server: imap0101.titan.email
- Port: 993
- Username: Full email address
- Password: Titan Mail password
- Configure the outgoing server:
- Server: smtp0101.titan.email
- Port: 465
- Username: Full email address
- Password: Titan Mail password
- Tap Sign In to complete the setup.
Configure Titan Mail in Outlook for Android
- Open the Outlook application.
- Tap Add Account.
- Enter your Titan Mail email address.
- Select IMAP.
- Enable Advanced Settings.
- Use the following incoming mail settings:
- Server: imap0101.titan.email
- Port: 993
- Security: SSL/TLS
- Username: Full email address
- Password: Titan Mail password
- Use the following outgoing mail settings:
- Server: smtp0101.titan.email
- Port: 465
- Security: SSL/TLS
- Username: Full email address
- Password: Titan Mail password
- Save the account settings.
Optional POP Settings
IMAP is recommended because it synchronises your email across Outlook, mobile devices and Titan Webmail.

Important: POP may download email to a single device and does not provide the same synchronisation benefits as IMAP. IMAP is recommended for most users.
Troubleshooting
- Ensure you are using your full email address as the username.
- Confirm the incoming server is imap0101.titan.email.
- Confirm the outgoing server is smtp0101.titan.email.
- Verify SSL/TLS encryption is enabled.
- Do not enable Secure Password Authentication (SPA).
- If you recently changed your password, update the stored password within Outlook.
