Configure Titan Mail in Microsoft Outlook

This guide explains how to configure your Titan Mail account hosted by FLUCCS in Microsoft Outlook using IMAP and SMTP.

Note: These settings apply to Titan Mail accounts hosted on Titan's mail platform.

Before You Start

  • Ensure third-party email access is enabled for your Titan Mail account.
  • You will need your full email address and mailbox password.
  • If two-factor authentication is enabled, some third-party mail applications may not connect successfully.

Recommended IMAP Settings

Configure Titan Mail in Outlook for Windows

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook.
  2. Select File.
  3. Click Add Account.
  4. Enter your full Titan Mail email address.
  5. Select Advanced Options and choose Let me set up my account manually if available.
  6. Select IMAP.
  7. Enter your mailbox password.
  8. If Outlook requests server details, enter the IMAP and SMTP settings listed above.
  9. Ensure your full email address is used as the username for both incoming and outgoing mail.
  10. Complete the wizard and click Done.

Configure Titan Mail in the New Outlook / Outlook 2024

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Enter your Titan Mail email address.
  3. Select Advanced Setup.
  4. Choose IMAP.
  5. Enter your password.
  6. If required, select Show More to display the server settings.
  7. Use the following settings:
    • Incoming Server: imap0101.titan.email
    • Outgoing Server: smtp0101.titan.email
    • Username: Your full email address
    • Password: Your Titan Mail password
  8. Select Continue and complete the setup.

Configure Titan Mail in Outlook for Mac

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Select Tools > Accounts.
  3. Click the + icon and select Add Account.
  4. Enter your Titan Mail email address.
  5. Select Continue.
  6. Choose IMAP.
  7. Enter your full email address and password.
  8. If advanced settings are displayed, use:
    • IMAP Server: imap0101.titan.email
    • Port: 993
    • SMTP Server: smtp0101.titan.email
    • Port: 465
    • SSL/TLS: Enabled
  9. Click Add Account.

Configure Titan Mail in Outlook for iPhone and iPad

  1. Open the Outlook app.
  2. Enter your Titan Mail email address and tap Add Account.
  3. If Outlook attempts to configure Microsoft 365 or Exchange automatically, select Not Exchange.
  4. Select Change Account Provider.
  5. Choose IMAP.
  6. Enter your account details.
  7. Enable Advanced Settings.
  8. Configure the incoming server:
    • Server: imap0101.titan.email
    • Port: 993
    • Username: Full email address
    • Password: Titan Mail password
  9. Configure the outgoing server:
    • Server: smtp0101.titan.email
    • Port: 465
    • Username: Full email address
    • Password: Titan Mail password
  10. Tap Sign In to complete the setup.

Configure Titan Mail in Outlook for Android

  1. Open the Outlook application.
  2. Tap Add Account.
  3. Enter your Titan Mail email address.
  4. Select IMAP.
  5. Enable Advanced Settings.
  6. Use the following incoming mail settings:
    • Server: imap0101.titan.email
    • Port: 993
    • Security: SSL/TLS
    • Username: Full email address
    • Password: Titan Mail password
  7. Use the following outgoing mail settings:
    • Server: smtp0101.titan.email
    • Port: 465
    • Security: SSL/TLS
    • Username: Full email address
    • Password: Titan Mail password
  8. Save the account settings.

Optional POP Settings

IMAP is recommended because it synchronises your email across Outlook, mobile devices and Titan Webmail.

Important: POP may download email to a single device and does not provide the same synchronisation benefits as IMAP. IMAP is recommended for most users.

Troubleshooting

  • Ensure you are using your full email address as the username.
  • Confirm the incoming server is imap0101.titan.email.
  • Confirm the outgoing server is smtp0101.titan.email.
  • Verify SSL/TLS encryption is enabled.
  • Do not enable Secure Password Authentication (SPA).
  • If you recently changed your password, update the stored password within Outlook.
